Smaller orders
A few individual items, such as a chair, a mattress, or a tire. Price = call-out fee + cost of items + loading fee.
Larger Orders
Apartment cleanouts, construction waste, or other large volumes of waste. Price = labor time + waste disposal based on volume.
A) Smaller orders — call-out fee + item price + loading fee
The call-out fee covers the trip to your location. The price of the item includes pickup and waste disposal. The loading fee covers the time spent loading and unloading at the waste transfer station.
B) Larger orders — hourly rate + waste disposal fee
Minimum charge for the first hour; thereafter, charges are billed in 15-minute increments. The service time includes travel, loading, and unloading at the waste transfer station.

What We Don't Take Away
We do not accept hazardous waste (e.g., paints, chemicals, waste oil, batteries, fluorescent lamps, materials containing asbestos, medications, gas cylinders, firearms)—the handling of such items requires a separate environmental permit. A detailed list is provided in our General Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Private individual — in cash or by debit card on site after the work is completed.
Business customer — by invoice, with a payment term of 3 calendar days.
