Effective as of October 6, 2026

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Kolaklaar OÜ (registration code 17617319, hereinafter “Kolaklaar” or “Service Provider”) and the person who has ordered the service (hereinafter “Client”) regarding the provision of waste transport, collection, and emptying services. Kolaklaar is listed in the waste management operator registry (registration no. RE.JÄ/527920) as a provider of waste transport services. Kolaklaar does not engage in the collection or long-term storage of waste—the waste and items removed are immediately transported to a designated collection point or for recycling. The service includes, among other things, the removal of old furniture, the removal of construction waste, the clearing out of apartments and houses, the removal of yard waste, and post-construction cleanup in Tallinn and Harju County. By placing an order (via the website form, by phone, or by email), the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering and Providing the Service

You can place an order:
  • via the form on the kolaklaar.ee website,
  • by phone at +372 8100 1800,
  • by email at info@kolaklaar.ee.
When placing an order, please provide as much detail as possible: address, a description of the items or waste to be picked up and the estimated quantity, your preferred date and time, and any special access requirements (e.g., floor level, availability of an elevator, narrow stairwells). Kolaklaar reserves the right to ask clarifying questions or request photos before providing a final price quote. If, during the service, it becomes apparent that the actual volume or labor intensity differs significantly from what was described in the order, Kolaklaar has the right to adjust the price accordingly—the Customer will be notified of this before work continues. Kolaklaar has the right to refuse to provide the service if the items to be hauled do not match the information provided in the order, if access to the site proves impossible, or if the items are hazardous waste or restricted-use items that Kolaklaar does not handle. The handling of hazardous waste requires a separate environmental permit, and such waste must not be mixed with regular waste—therefore, Kolaklaar does not, among other things, remove:
  • paints, varnishes, adhesives, and solvents;
  • household chemicals (e.g., drain cleaners, detergents);
  • motor oil and oily waste;
  • batteries and rechargeable batteries;
  • daylight and energy-saving light bulbs;
  • materials containing asbestos (e.g., asbestos cement);
  • medications;
  • gas cylinders and aerosols;
  • herbicides and pesticides;
  • firearms and ammunition;
  • documents containing personal information.
If such items are discovered during the fulfillment of an order, Kolaklaar has the right to refuse to ship them.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are published in the price list on the website as of the date the order is placed, unless the parties have agreed otherwise. The minimum fee applies to the first hour or the agreed-upon minimum scope of work. For work exceeding this duration, the fee is calculated in 15-minute intervals. Working time begins when the team departs from the Kolaklaare base and includes travel to the service address, loading of items and waste, transport to the waste management facility, and unloading there. Working hours end upon completion of unloading or handover at the waste management facility; the return trip from the waste management facility is not included in the working hours. For smaller orders (pickup of individual items), a call-out fee and a loading fee apply in accordance with the current price list; the loading fee covers the time spent loading the items and unloading them at the waste management facility. Payment:
  • Private customers pay for the service on the spot upon completion of the work, either in cash or by credit card.
  • It is possible to agree with business customers on payment by invoice; in such cases, the invoice is issued after the service has been provided, and the payment due date is 3 (three) calendar days from the date the invoice is issued, unless otherwise agreed.
  • All prices include sales tax, unless otherwise noted.
For services provided to locations outside the Tallinn city limits, a transportation fee will be added to the price in accordance with the current price list. For items weighing over 100 kg or requiring special arrangements (e.g., safes, pianos, oversized construction waste), the price will be agreed upon separately before the work is performed. If the items listed in the order do not match what is actually found on site (e.g., a larger quantity, hazardous materials), Kolaklaar has the right to issue an invoice for a no-show or additional work in accordance with the price list.

4. Canceling and Modifying an Order

Please notify us of any order cancellation or change at least 24 hours before the agreed service time. If an order is canceled or changed less than 24 hours before the agreed-upon time, Kolaklaar has the right to charge a fee equivalent to up to one hour of work in accordance with the current price list. If the Customer is not present at the agreed-upon time or does not allow access to the premises and has not given prior notice, this will be considered a false call, and the Customer must pay the full price of the service.

5. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:
  • ensure access to the premises and the items to be removed for the duration of the service;
  • provide accurate and complete information about the property to be removed in the order;
  • provide advance notice of dangerous, heavy (over 100 kg), or items requiring special handling;
  • check that the items match the order upon delivery.
Kolaklaar is not liable for items for which the Customer has not provided information in the order or that were not delivered at the agreed time and place.

6. Liability

Kolaklaar handles items and waste to be hauled away with care, but is not liable for items that were handed over inadequately packaged or whose condition could not be objectively assessed at the time of handover. Ownership of the collected items and waste is deemed to transfer to Kolaklaar at the moment the Customer hands them over for disposal or removal. Kolaklaar is not responsible for the subsequent fate of the items handed over. Claims regarding the quality of service or the work performed must be submitted no later than 3 (three) days after the service is provided. Kolaklaar will not consider claims submitted after this deadline.
